I’ve been photographing this growing family for many years and was totally up for shooting Kathy’s maternity session for Baby #4! Oceanside Harbor Beach in October at sunset is the perfect spot: hardly anyone there thus perfect for run around photographic fun combined with some traditional poses.
When I photographed this session we were really close to the delivery date and – sure enough – gave birth before I published this blog post! Congratulations Bonnie & Mike on the new addition to your family. ALAS, I digress and present to you some showcase images from our maternity session
About fifteen minutes into the photo session we heard something coming. A strange noise moving towards us and soon we felt a drop, then more drops and then a lot of drops! Quickly we huddled under a tree waiting out a five minute decent rain.
The project was to photograph real employees for their New Member Welcome Kit. After an initial meeting about what would work we decided the two photos below were the two finalists for the kit. We shot this on-location with our mobile studio configuration.
