Windandsea Beach and Old Poway Park Engagement | Jenny & Adam – WHAT A COUPLE!!!! Over the years I’ve filmed and photographed some incredible moments with this family from weddings to maternity to plain ole’ family fun parties! This time I was honored to do a two day shoot with Jenny & Adam.
First up we started at the incredible Windansea Beach in exclusive La Jolla, California (as many of you know one of my favorite places). While we moved about shooting various scenes the one I was looking forward to was our re-enactment of the beach scene in the movie ‘From Here To Eternity’. I waited for the sun to get at just the right spot then IN THE WATER THEY WENT! Can you say COLD? Just slightly for me as I was standing in the water, but – alas – my couple were laying on the sand when the first wave cascaded over them. Like true love they kept the romantic scenes going while I captured each moment looking for that one shot that would define the scene.
A few days later we met at Old Poway Park for part two of our journey. Old Poway Park is another of my favorite places because you can get so many different scenes within a short distance. We traversed the entire park and got some wonderful photographs of two wonderful people. I hope you enjoy viewing some of these highlights of Jenny & Adam as much as I enjoyed photographing them.
