The Burns Family

It was one of those rare rainy days in San Diego. I was concerned that our session would be rained out and – indeed – on the drive to our Alpine shoot location it came down hard. However these downpours were sporadic as the storm moved east. Throughout the country there were large patches of billowy clouds along with blue sky and a golden light which promised epic sunset scenes!

Regardless of the weather the Burns Family was up for the challenge. As a matter of  fact Theresa said that if it was raining we could do a ‘running through the rain shot’. My first thought: “RAD!”.  Once at the location we were blessed with no rain and epic skies. The lighting was perfect and ss the sun dipped towards the horizon that epic sunset I knew would happen happened!
